3. Pet Safety
Puppy Pop collars are fashion accessories and are not designed for walking, pulling, or attaching a leash.
For your pet's safety:
- Always supervise your pet while wearing a Puppy Pop collar.
- Remove the collar if your pet attempts to chew or bite it.
- Remove the collar during sleep or unsupervised periods.
- Do not attach a leash to a Puppy Pop decorative collar.
- Regularly inspect the collar and its components for signs of damage or wear.
- Remove the collar immediately if any bead, charm, clasp, or other component becomes loose or damaged.
- Keep small beads and components away from children and pets when not properly assembled.
Puppy Pop is not responsible for injury, illness, choking, ingestion, or other harm resulting from misuse, chewing, improper fitting, failure to supervise a pet, or continued use of a damaged product.
The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate size and using the product according to these guidelines.
4. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size for their pet.
Please carefully review our sizing information before placing your order.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.
Because pets come in many shapes and sizes, Puppy Pop cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every pet.
5. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer.
Because of their personalized nature, custom products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the item arrives defective or damaged.
