Processing Time

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will contact you with an updated estimated processing date.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of Puppy Pop's control.
Shipping Costs

From time to time, Puppy Pop may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotion will be clearly stated on our website.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Puppy Pop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at puppypopplace@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Puppy Pop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at puppypopplace@gmail.com so we can help you determine the next steps.
